Simply log onto your Instagram, Twitter or Facebook account and you will see that anyone with a relatively new smartphone has the ability to take a half-decent photograph. The increase in smartphone cameras, some say, is gradually crippling the point and shoot market, so much so that there are only two types of cameras that people own these days – the DSLR (Digital Single-Lens Reflex) and the Smartphone.
