Don't worry – we're super quick! If you need your order quickly, simply place your order by 1:00 PM and select our courier option which means you’ll get your order the next working day. Please note, whilst 95% of orders are delivering next day, it can sometimes take a day longer in peak periods such as Christmas. The delivery status at the checkout is updated regularly with the latest live estimation information. .
Next day delivery orders are dispatched same day and delivered by courier, or alternatively you can take advantage of FREE UK delivery by second class post.
We currently deliver to the UK only. Please be aware during the Covid Pandemic these delivery times can vary and a more accurate delivery window will be provided when ordering at the checkout.

Any restrictions on what delivery methods are available will be shown within both the shopping basket and checkout. Your order confirmation email will confirm the delivery service used and, where applicable, how to track your order.
We charge a flat rate delivery fee regardless of how many products you buy.
Standard delivery means your order will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd class post, and doesn’t need signing for. As 2nd class post isn’t a guaranteed or timed service, we cannot guarantee which day exactly you will receive your order, but we do know it should be received between 3-10 working days from the day it is dispatched. If your order is urgent or needed by a certain date, we recommend you use one of our Express tracked or courier services.
Express UK means your order will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class post, and should be received 1-4 working days from dispatch (and doesn’t need signing for). As 1st class post isn’t a guaranteed or timed service, we cannot guarantee which day exactly you will receive your order, but we do know that 90% of first class post is delivered the very next working day, so you shouldn’t have to wait too long for your order! However, at peak times such Christmas it may take longer but rest assured we will always despatch your order quickly so that we give Royal Mail the best chance of getting your item to you quickly!
Express Tracked is sent by Royal Mail’s Tracked 24 service and means your order should be received between 1-3 days from dispatch and is fully trackable to your door (without needing to be signed for). The next day, you should receive an email and/or text confirming your tracking number and a link where you can track your item.
Next day courier means you can expect your order the very next working day by DPD local, and it will need signing for (unless you make alternative arrangements via the DPD app). You will start to get real-time communications via text and/or email from DPD confirming your order has been dispatched, the expected delivery date and options to reschedule, nominate a safe place/neighbour or pick up shop if you are not going to be in. Whilst 95% of itmes arrive next day then at peak times it can take about a day longer so please bear this in mind at Christmas time! If you order before our daily cut off we will make sure it is despatched the same day.
On the morning of delivery, you will receive a second text and/or email confirming your package is out for delivery and its one hour delivery window. You will receive a further opportunity to nominate a safe place/neighbour or pick up shop if you aren’t going to be in.
You can also use the 'follow my parcel' link on the email to track the progress of your parcel as the driver makes his way to your address.

Standard Delivery
If you have selected FREE UK delivery, your order will be dispatched by second class post, which is not a trackable or guaranteed service, and doesn't require a signature. Second class post normally takes 2-4 working days to arrive but in busy periods can take as much as 10 working days. Whilst most of Royal Mail’s deliveries are received within 2-4 working days, we sadly can’t guarantee the exact day your order will arrive. Sorry!

As all our Goods are made to order and personal to you, you will not be able to cancel or return your order once an order confirmation has been sent.
However, in the unlikely event there is a manufacturing fault with your product, you can return all orders under £100.00 within 7 days for a replacement. Please email us here with your order number and specific details of the manufacturing fault with your product so our customer services team can investigate the issue and confirm what to do next.
